Sexton Dental Clinic

I took my sister to a consult in Myrtle Beach! She was nervous and ask me to come with her! I understand they only allow patient to go back! Soon after she was finally called back minutes passed and she came up and ask if I would come back and talk to the dentist. Dr Stigh. I could tell my sister looked upset? She said the dentist was very rude and hurt her just examining her! She was there for a consult and explanation of pricing which the dentist said they didn’t have and wanted her to make decision right then as to what type of dentures my sister wanted? She quickly blabbed out some info about the types and kept saying what kind do u want? I said we don’t know what kind that’s why were here to see what her options are and she rolled her eyes and said it’s according to what u can afford? She was rude and downright hateful because my sister didn’t know what she wanted and she had no idea what we could afford? My sister is young 55 and would like to keep the good teeth she has and ask about the implants that they so proudly advertise they do in the waiting room! When my sister ask her about that type she responded we don’t do those here and in order to get those u have to go without any teeth at least a month? Rude! I said ma’am we aren’t buying shoes we are buying teeth and we aren’t sure bc you won’t give us information or pricing! She just wanted to insult us as to what we could afford? I hate to know she treats people like this on a daily basis and from some of the reviews it’s apparent we weren’t the only ones treated like this! I admit I got angry with the dr but she was quick to tell me they don’t want or need our business? This place is a joke and needs to be shut down! The girls up front were very nice and apologetic for the behavior of the dentist! What a nightmare it must be for people who have no other choice than to be treated like this!!! My sister is nice to everybody!! I wish there was some way I could get her fired! She’s the devil!!!!!!

Had no insurance was very reasonable
