I really liked the hotel. It was clean and the rooms where very nice!! We only had one problem and that was with the washer and dryers, when we told the front desk they refunded us back the money we lost and were very sorry it happened. ANYONE who says that this place is awful...well maybe they need to go back to newyork or where ever there from. Always some yankee complaining... The Landmark Resort is a wonderful place for familys in fact we are returning to the hotel in about 8 days for a weeks stay, and I know it will be just as nice as it was last year and the years to come. Thanks Landmart Resort!!

Rooms were disgusting, despicable,horrible,unemanagable and a disgrace to all regular customers. my car also got broken into and my room had urine stains on all 3 beds. and room service didnt come till 6pm on 3 out of 6 days and then the toilet was cloged with poop when we arrived and after complaining to managment they didnt even appologize and said i was my fault for arriving 3 hrs earlier after driving 16 hrs to get there. This is a disgrace of a hotel and shouldnt be allowed in south carolina let alone ocean blvd. and the health department should investagate and shut down this hotel!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Do not stay at the Landmark. Even though they recently renovated it is best to say that it may be pretty on the outside but its rotten to the core. On my recent stay there nothing was as i remembered. First of all the inexpensive interior rooms have more space than the executive suite, next I saw a cockroach yes I know they could be anywhere but for what I paid per night I would think they could afford an exterminator. Then one of the executive suites we rented had been half cleaned at best food still in the cabinets, debris in the sink in the kitchen, missing kitchen amenities and staples in the floor. Then during a visit to the lazy river we had to endure unsafe, unacceptable behavior from another guest while a landmark staff member dozed/ or ignored it while it happened in front of her. I paid over $650.00 for a 2 night stay and told myself that I was paying for safety, family oriented surroundings, and something resembling class. I WAS WRONG I should have saved myself $400.00 and stayed down the strand at least I would have known what I was getting.

I would never recommend that anyone stay at the Landmark in Myrtle Beach SC
