I called Dr. Vincent's office in Dec. 2011 to see it they would cover cleanings and x-ray's at 100% with my insurance. They took my information and said they would. Then I got a $240 bill because my insurance didn't cover it. I called them to ask about it and they said they don't cover it at 100%. They said they are sorry someone lied to me and then I asked to speak to the dentist and then they just hung up on me.
