HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Zero stars. There is a lack of communication and knowledge on certain procedures. They quoted our towing fee WRONG by $50. Then, they told us WRONG information about methods of payment. When I addressed the so called manager, which he shouldn't be because he lacks customer service skills, he kept cutting me off when I was talking. He did not apologize. He did not fix the price. All he accomplished was being rude, cutting me off, oh, and acknowledge his tech gave us the wrong information but it wasn't his fault because "well he's the tech." Excuse me? So that justifies all the misinformation given. I had to pay this horrible company $2,500. What a shame. AVOID COMING HERE. They only get away with this kind of awful behavior because people have emergencies i.e truck breaking down on the side of the road. Hopefully, my truck is fixed properly.

My truck broke down in the same parking lot as Smith Repair shop. When the service man show up he heard the noise my truck was making and he reached around the air compressor and pulled out a part. The service man said I don't know what this is. He then said that will be a $150.00. The part that he didn't know what it was, was the load value. Any competent mechanic would know that. Maybe he did know what the part was, just want to make a quick buck. Then I called the manager spoke with him. He told me if that part came out its because my compressor was broke. Come to find out the bolt holding the load vaule worked it way out.
