Dockers

Some lady owns this restaurant last time I checked. Our family was in town for the weekend and made the wrong choice by going to this dump. We sat down and placed our order and 20 minutes later another couple next to our family's table placed their order after us from the same waitress. The couple threw around their names to make sure they get attention and special treatment. Load and behold, the couple got their FOOD before our family even got our drinks (2waters and 2soda). If you want good service at this dump, make sure you name drop a few times.



The owner that we spoke to afterwards about the situation was not much help. Poor professionalism, poor customer service.



Our family will not be returning to Dockers when we visit Muskegon. Does not surprise me of all the bad reviews online and from people we spoke to about this place.

This is one of the best restaurants in Muskegon. Their cuisine is consistently great, service is congenial, and the view is wonderful. Situatied between Lake Michigan and the channel harbor, it has docking space for boats (hence the name), as well as a roundabout road for auto travelers. A must-visit for anyone in the area.
