MedExpress Urgent Care

I dunno what the other reviewers are talking about but this location treated me with compassion and offered me gauze in the waiting room for my injury. The closest full service hospitals are 20 mins down the road from murrysville & this place was very convenient.

reception area empty ( not surprised) rude, cold atmosphere, the most uncaring, unfriendly staff I've ever came across. The initial wash rag handshake from the Dr. Told me I'd like to start over and go next door . He was cold, gave me his diagnosis, no explaination as to why or how to treat this other than say go to the desk for a script ..... One would expect a little bedside manner or a tad of any kind of manner would be nice ... Go next door if it's the weekend and your Dr is not in, or to Monroville even .

Hey, DO NOT go to Medexpess. I took my son there on Sat (Murrysville) The Doctor took one look at him and sent us to the emergency room. She even told me to call back and get a refund on my co-pay. I called today and they said they "don't do that" Similar thing happened at Quick Care with my daughter and they gave me a refund on the co-pay on the spot!
