These apartments are beautiful and great for college students, married couples just starting, or even retired folks. However, no matter how nice the apartments are, the landlords are not worth dealing with. Since I have lived here they have banned candles, they have banned guests staying over night, and they have banned decorations during the holiday seasons. I have gotten numerous notes saying that we cannot leave trash on the front porch, (which is acceptable) however, I left it out there for about 30 second while I went to get the trash from my bathroom. There is no freedom, although you will pay the highest rent in Murray ($435) for a one bedroom. Though the things stated above don't seem like a HUGE deal, NONE of them were in the lease that I signed with them at the beginning of my time here. I've had friends that moved out clean it so much that they brought their father who was a professional cleaner and they still kept their deposit because they said it was "dirty". I have been one of their best tenants. I am never late on rent. I do not trash my apartment. I understand they want their apartments to stay nice but it's continuously one thing after another. Needless to say, I will be ending my lease here very soon and since they are going to keep my deposit anyway, I will not be doing anything but dusting, sweeping, and mopping. They want to keep the money, so they mine as well work for it.
