Precision Plumbing

I began building my own house in July, 2015. I contracted Precision Plumbing.

John was very nice at first and professional. He completed the rough in and seemed to have done a nice job. Once we began building the walls, I realized that the plumbing was not correct to specs. One pipe was through the slab and thus the slab would have to be jackhammered and the pipe moved, then the slab repaired.

A few weeks later, I needed a pipe to go through the first floor to provide water to my kitchen island. So, I sent John an email. He did finally respond and told me he had gotten a contract with someone for another job in Asheville, and that I would need to get another plumber. I had a contract for the job in full.

I noticed that we had a leak in one of our main pipes from the slab that John had roughed in. I telephoned and left voice messages for John with urgent requests, to no prevail. This has been the worse experience with subcontractors I have had throughout my whole project.
