Pelvic pain associated with sexual intercourse, post-childbirth, pudendal neuralgia, and interstitial cystitis are just a few of the reasons people have pelvic pain that can be improved with pelvic physical therapy. Tennis Elbow
Physical therapy is best known in the treatment of muscle and joint injuries. These injuries can be acute, new injuries, or chronic – injuries present for more than three months. Some of the more common orthopedic injuries are muscle tears and strains. This includes: rotator cuff injuries, tennis elbow, golfer's elbow, hamstring injuries and iliotibial band (ITB) injuries. We also treat arthritis pain, plantarfasciltis and spine-related pain. Physical therapy is frequently required after surgery, too, to restore motion, strength and function. By incorporating manual therapy skills including joint mobilization, connective tissue massage, myofascial release, dry needling and therapeutic exercises, we are successfully treating migraine sufferers.

Plantar Fasciitis
Dry Needling is a treatment technique that helps return the body to its natural state of homeostasis or balance. It is often helpful in the treatment of neck and back pain, shoulder pain, tennis elbow, golfer's elbow, TMJ, headaches, Fibromyalgia, Sciatica and Plantar fasciitis. Dry Needling is an invasive treatment where small needles are inserted into the affected area or related points to relieve pain and initiate a physiologic response. Although it does involve a needle, most patients do not report more than a pinch or slight discomfort with this treatment. This technique may also be used as an adjunct to your current treatment at the recommendation of your therapist.
