        Our Services: -Aquatic physical therapy, aquatic occupational therapy, aquatic recreational therapy, and aquatic speech therapy. - Aquatic individual and small group personal training, Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates, Zumba, and boot camp services. -Aquatic safety, learn to swim, and overcoming fear of water lessons for adults and children age 4 and older - HydroMassage bed provides a custom heated adjustable pressure massage as an adjunct to our clinical services. - Therapy pool rental for group events.         Overall

        The people there are very kind and helpful. The employees and volunteers are also very motivating. I recommend H30 to anyone who is looking for a workout or simply wants to have fun. Great place.
