Clubside Cleaners

I would not recommend taking any items that you value to Clubside Cleaners. I dropped off a leather item to be cleaned, which they sent out to a third-party vendor. Not only did it take almost eight weeks for my item to be returned to me, the item had been considerably damaged with pin marks, peeling leather, etc. The customer service I received was very poor and Geoff was very argumentative. I was offered a minimal "settlement" that wasn't near the value of the item. I will be taking my business elsewhere and my complaints to the BBB.

I have used this cleaners for over a year, however today's encounter was the last straw. On several occasions they have done a less than perfect job, however the older woman who ran the store understood that they were in a service industry and always made things right.

Today I spoke with the manager Geoff - who when I called could not be bother, until I told him I would take my complaints to the better business bureau and suddenly he had the time and the desire to at least talk to me. I return my clothes to the store, not so that they could have another opportunity to further damage them, but to show Geoff the quality of work that was coming from this location, let him know that his help was rude, and uncooperative. I expected a refund, but he was too busy making it my fault as I did not complain to him in the past.

I left without my refund and take my business elsewhere.

My advice to anyone looking for a good dry cleaning/laundry this is definitively NOT it. Please do not allow Geoff and his team to ruin your expense items.
