Bestway Rentals

I purchased a 65" Mitsubishi plasma tv from this place and the lamp went out. I called Bestway the week after the 4th of July & they told me that I called just in time because my warranty was getting ready to expire. They told me they had to order the lamp so I had to wait. I called several times and I was told that the lamp was on back order in Mississippi, they would call me as soon as they get it. Now as of Sept. 9th I got feed up with this situation because I wanted my tv fixed and they never called me about nothing. I called and once again they said they would call me back. Probably about an hour later they FINALLY called back and told me that they can't get the part, the company is no longer shipping these bulbs so they could not cover it under warranty. I was heated!!!!! Just because you can't get it from one place, order it elsewhere! How are you going to tell a customer that you are not going to fix their merchandise that is covered under warranty. These people got a serious problem! Do not purchase or rent any thing from Bestway.. They are liars & will give you the run around!
