This dealership and the crooks and con artist that work here should all be in jail and ran out of business. How they are still around I have no idea.



I went in here after talking to Mark "O" on the phone a few times. Told them I have a 2015 Kia with only 7300 miles on it that I needed to trade on a larger car as I take care of my 70 year old Aunt, and the Kia is just to small to get here and a wheel chain in and out of. I had already went to Carmax and was offered $15,500 to buy it outright without me buying their car. And I was offered $18,000 from Kia of Chicago to trade it in there.



So I drive in from the city. Thinking all will be good. WRONG! First I sit and wait for Mark "O" for over an hour and 15 minutes. He was dealing with someone who he said was just kicking tires. Even though he had an appt with me, his managers made him stick with these tire kickers until they had kicked the lot.



Finally get to me, and they appraise my car. I should have walked right out, but I stuck around, they offered me $10,500 for my 2015 FULLY LOADED KIA with only 7300 miles on it. I was going to purchase a 2009 Mercedes C300 with almost 70,000 miles on it for $15,555.



When I pitched a fit, they then came up to $11,500. Still BS! He said that was the best they would do and that if I sold my car to Carmax then I would have to pay these that and the other. They were trying anyway they could to bully me into GIVING them my car.



I walked out of this crap hole, and went right over to Carmax. I'm now the proud new owner of a 2013 BMW X5 with only 34,000 miles on it. Oh, and they gave me $15,000 for my trade in. When I told them at Carmax what the dealership offered me, he told me too they were crooks because my car is worth $19,000 to $21,000. He said they will put it on their lot for around that.



Go somewhere else. Read ALL the reviews on here, Yelp and DealerRater. You will see they are con artist.

This dealership is pack with liars, I bough a porsche cayenne from sales person name roman, and the sales person and also the finance manager told me the car have remaining factory warranty, but after I drove 400 miles back home and find out the car have some problems (cruise control doesn't work and etc...) the porsche dealer in my area told me the factory warranty expired already. I called back nicely to elite motor and they have this traditional dealer talk, I sign all the paper work already there is nothing they want to do with it. will never recommend anyone buying car from this dealership, don't trust their rating and reputation online, those people are fake and I can prove everything I said.

Great place to shop for a used car: all the cars are in great condition, sales staff is very helpful and work as a team. I found them online shopping for a Nissan, walked out of Elite with a BMW, and am very happy. Craig is a great guy to work with!

Amazing selection and always great service. Steve is always available to answer any questions and give advise.



Ohh and their are site rocks! I was able to start my negotiation online- LOVE!

INCONSISTENT...is the best way to describe it.



After days and I do mean days of back and forth speaking with different reps, on trying to complete a deal on one of their cars, I gave up, I give up. I mean, the reps were courteous and easy to talk to, but when trying to finish the deal, it's like, "REALLY?!?!."



To not make a deal happen for a matter of $100 is INSANE!!! I read the below review and others and I think that I've really made my mind up that this isn't the place to do business with after all.



Was told that "we have a deal," and a bill of sale/purchase order would follow. Instead, another phone call to negotiate some more. LOL. Uhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh, no. We can stop. Who has time to keep up with shananigans.

We want to thank Elite Motors in Mundelein, IL for their help in buying our car. We couldn’t find the car we wanted here in Washington (we moved from Illinois) so we contacted Elite after looking at their online website (www.elitemotorsonline.com). They had the Mercedes we were trying to find, a 2008 Mercedes GL450 and at the price we had budgeted for. This is the first time that that we’ve bought a car sight unseen and we couldn’t be happier. We love our Mercedes and we saved hundreds on shipping costs. If we would’ve had to pick it up in Mundelein and drive it back to Washington it would’ve cost us air fare, lodging, gas and food. Thanks for the online reviews regarding Elite Motors in Mundelein. We (wife and I) went online to look at Elite’s car inventory, liked what we saw and went to their dealership. The staff was very friendly (no high pressure sales stuff) and knowledgeable. We found the 2007 Cadillac Escalade we wanted at a very good price and it didn’t take all day. I want to recommend Elite Motors to anyone searching for a hard to find vehicle. I was trying to locate a white, Porsche Cayenne in my area. (I live in Deerfield) As a researcher myself, I went online to search for the Porsche. Elite Motors had an excellent online site and they had a lot of pre-owned Porsches in their inventory. After checking out their inventory online, I called Elite and talked to Debra who told me that they had the Cayenne in stock. When I went to the dealership, I found the staff to be friendly, helpful and not pushy. (Which was a relief compared to other dealers I had visited in the area.) Debra was courteous, listened to what I wanted was and very knowledgeable about the Porsche. Elite will certainly get my future business. Great place.

Check out Elite Motors in Mundelein. My nephew bought a 2005 Subaru Forrester from them last year. He’s pretty happy with it. Had a boot replaced and that was it. Used Elite’s service department and they had it done on time and less than estimate. It’s not far from Naperville either.

Wow! we had a totally different experience Sounds like same situation my wife and I went through. We had an accident (totalled) and we bought a pre-owned 2005 Lexus RX from Elite Motors in Mundelein, IL ( we live in Wheeling). Kind of leery at first, but Elite’s staff made it easy for us. Answered all our questions (and we had a lot!) got the car and financing done quickly. treated us very well.

My wife bought a pre-owned Cadillac at Elite Motors in Mundelein. Elite had the color/ options she wanted. She was very happy (so was I) with the way the salesman treated her and the financing was hassle free. I don't know who you dealt with,but the staff we worked with were great and I would recommend Elite.
