If I could give this place a negative star I would. Customer service is HORRIBLE!!! They don't tell you that when pay, you are signing up for a 6 month contract. They never mention it NOR do they ever have you sign anything. They lie and tell you the manager will take care of the charges and will call you, then never does. Then, after a month of contiously calling for the manager, you never receive a phone call and when you finally do get to a person in New Castle, BEWARE..because you are not allowed to vent your frustrations. If you do, a girl named KATE will yell at you on the phone and shout "YOU DON'T NEED TO GET CRAPPY WITH ME!!!"

staff is extremely knowledgeable of there lotions and beds..salon is extremely trendy..I love this place
