Today was my first time ever donating plasma. While I was nervous, the people at Biolife took great care of me, and I am VERY impressed. They were professional, friendly, and caring, and checked up on me often. Great caution and precision was taken when they inserted the needle, and I was surprised at how little it hurt. They were incredibly patient with me as I became acclimated with the facility and the procedure, and answered all questions I had with genuine kindness. If you're looking to donate to a good cause, make some extra cash, or both, I highly recommend donating at Muncie Biolife.

I want to know who told me Biolife was open today because I just wasted a whole day trying to get here and they are closed. And fix your stupid automated phone system because it can't seem to recognize dialing #2 for business hours.
