I tried this salon with high hopes. I got a color and cut. Cost about $88. I explained to this girl That I was looking for someone who could style my hair as I do. I don't wear my hair flat as most people do. I asked the girl to look at my hair before she started to see if she thought she could do it the same. She assured me that she could. Well, she couldn't. The color was ok but when styling she turned me around and said she knew how to give my hair lift and wanted to try something. Against my better judgement I let her try her way. She tried making it flat which I told her I absolutle hated, especially in front. My hair was in no way styled at all. I could not wait to get out of there without anyone seeing me. As I was crying on my way home, I called the salon and spoke to Dawn, an owner. She made me an appt to come back for a styling with someone else the next day or so. I ended up canceling because I styled my hair that day and it was nice and I did not want to get upset again so soon. I asked to speak to Dawn but she was not there. I asked that she call me back the next day. I never got a call. I told them I wanted to make an appt for my next cut in a few weeks and just wanted a small discount on it. That way the person styling my hair would not have to do the work for someone else for free. When I called a few weeks later to see if they would discount my haircut this time she said no because it had been too long. She also said she left me a message, but I did not get one. So I paid $88 to walk out of a salon wanting no one to even see me. I don't know about you but when I go to a salon I want to come out looking as good or better than when I went in. A salon should not assure you of things they can not do. I should not have paid at the time I suppose but I was so upset, I just wanted to go. Very disappointed with Dawn's attitude and customer service. If you don't care how you look, go there!

Best salon in in the Mountain Top area

The only salon in the area I would highly recommend for your hair,nails,pedicures tanning and massage....I've been to alot of places in the area and this salon is the Best! The owners are very talented and take great pride in their business...their staff is also the best! Whatever I need ,they go above and beyond . I have never been to a salon where everyone is so friendly and makes me feel so comfortable...besides also providing the best service. The salon is very modern and extremely clean..which is very important.If your looking for a new place-you must give them a try! My hair has never looked so good! My husband loves to go there too!
