I am a retired professional building inspector with more than forty years experience in construction with 25 years as a certified and licensed inspector. We had our roof inspected by three different roofing contractors one company wanted nearly forty thousand dollars to replace our roof, the second, a local contractor did not show up at the appointed time on four occasions. I called Southern Construction and Jared Forbus was at our home in a matter of hours. Jared helped us pick out a shingle that complimented the colors on our home's exterior and we made a deal. In less than a week the new roof was complete. It took his crew approximately one working day to complete the job. His crew was hard working and polite, they thoroughly cleaned up when they were finished. The price was reasonable and the job was professional. We feel Southern Construction gave us the best roof for the money and the quickest job with a good outcome. I my expatiations were exceeded.

Finally, after 14 years of living in Mountain Home and requesting service of one kind or another for my property, I can actually say for the first time, I am extremely impressed by the service I received from Jared Forbus, and his crew at Southern Construction Roofing, LLC.

My experience with requesting service and getting it in the Mountain Home area has been hit and miss for the most part. I either get someone to show up, give me a quote, and never show up to do the job, or I contract for the job and become a low priority by constantly being pushed back on time.

I did not have that experience with Southern Construction, Roofing. I was quoted a fair and reasonable price and my work started right away on time. I was never pushed back or blown off. As a matter of fact, I had a brand- new roof of exceptional quality, installed on my home in just one day.
