        Purchased 3 appliances multiple mistakes strictly a reflection on dept. and store mngr's such a terrible experience will not purchase here again due to demonstrated incompetence by mngr's.

        On Aug. 25 of this year I had to return a portable a/c that I had bought for the clinic where I worked. Tina assisted me in the transaction and made it a joy to do business with your store. I had my receipt and warranty. Tina took the old a/c and had a new one brought to the front. I told my husband "This is exactly how I wanted this to be handled." NO hassle or questions asked. Then we "browsed" the store not looking for anything in particular. We were looking at the washing machines because we have been unhappy with our front loader when Tom came up. We asked him about the different top loading machines and told us about them and there was a Labor Day sale going through the next week. He was VERY helpful and because of him and the interest he showed in us, we came back on Tues Aug 30th and bought the washer. We have purchased many items from your store and have been nothing but pleased with your sales people and service. We live in Mammoth Spring, AR but will return.
