Rollings & Associates Insurance

Very poor service. I asked for a quote to add some coverage to my policy, and it took 3 months before anything was settled, but even then I was not made aware of the changes before they were made. During those three months, I was calling almost weekly and was told I would have an answer "today" or "tomorrow" well those days always came and went.

As a result of all this headache, I switched companies, I went in signed a form to cancel my policy, thinking my troubles were over. Think again... I started receiving notices that my bill was late and I was being cancelled for not paying. i called Rollings and was told the cancellation was sent and things should be cleared up the following day! This was a Monday. On Thursday, I followed up to make sure... You guessed it. Main company still has not received my cancellation form! Will not recommend or ever do business with Rollings again.
