        A Pleasant Surprise!

        I lost heat the day before Thanksgiving. Being that it was a holiday I decided to wait till Friday to call for a service tech. I called about a dozen, most were closed on Black Friday or were charging Time and a half to double to come out! I was at this point stressed, being a military wife and my husband being away on duty. Eric came out, didn't charge extra for it being "Black Friday", was very professional, answered all my questions, and even went that extra mile to take care of some other small things just to make sure the unit was not going to cause me any further problems. MR Heating and AC will definitely be my go to for any service issues! Thank you a million times!!
