Mt Vernon Partials & Dentures

I had gotten a set of temporary dentures a few years back from My. Vernon Dentures and was told that I would get two sets of dentures a temporary and a permanent. I went back 9 months later and was told that I had waited to long and I had forfeited my other set. They did not give me a time frame to come back when I started. This was totally unprofessional of them to shirk their responsibility but I guess I should have expected it since they were from My. Vernon. I wouldn't take a dog to them I am going to file a complaint with the board of dentistry

This place is a joke. I wouldn't take a barbie here. I went and had some things done and they will not fix their mistakes. I have contacted BBB so hopefully ibwill get satisfaction soon
