        I have been going to this club for only a month and have already lost 20 lbs. I joined because I needed to lose weight but put off joining for years thinking I was too over weight for a gym and would feel uncomfortable. The staff at this club has been great and I have not felt uncomfortable at all. I still need to lose alot more weight but think I am on the right track.. This gym has it all, treadmills, weights, bikes pool... you name it and I look forward to my workouts.
