Terrel's

I just went to Terrel's and ended up canceling my transaction of almost $100 because of the service and the fact that their ad pricing often doesn't ring up correctly at the registers. The service manager, Dee, was so slow to react to my concern about the ad pricing not ringing up correctly that I finally just cancel the whole transaction and left. Is it too much to ask for accurate pricing and a service manager who actually cares about taking care of the customers? I have been going to Terrel's for years but I am ready to go into Ephraim to places that actually take care of their customers and have true and accurate pricing and, if there are pricing issues, they are good enough merchants to stand by their ads and pricing instead of just telling you "tough luck." It will be a long while before I head back to Terrel's.

Terrel's Thriftway is the best grocery store in Sanpete county. It is clean, orderly and has a happy, upbeat feeling inside. I like to shop locally, rather then the big box store down the road and shopping at Terrel's is a better experience. Terrel's has weekly bargains, check the Sanpete Messenger every Wednesday!
