Roper St Francis After Hours Care

I went here twice for the same issue and saw the same Doctor both times- Dr Mark Erich. During my visit, Dr Erich complained the whole time. He also failed to provide any patient privacy leaving the doors open to all patient rooms at all times. I knew every issue the patient in the next room over had- a clear HIPAA violation. After seeing Dr Erich twice for the same issue and it still persisting, I called requesting a refill, a normal request, which he denied without even speaking with me. I do not recommend anyone looking for quality care go here and risk getting Dr Erich. He is unprofessional and clearly does not care about the patient.

I'd spend the extra money and go to Nason Urgent care next time. Very rushed and didn't take time to really listen. Had to go to the doctor the next day to get accurate diagnosis which was totally different than what Roper After Hours Dr diagnosed the night before.
