They promise a timeframe to look at our car, and then take two or three days longer just to diagnose. They leave our car sitting on the lot for entire days untouched, while stringing us along. When we get tired of it, and try to get the car back, they charge us an hour of labor for 15-20 minutes of work, and are pretty unfriendly. They are very unprofessional, and definately don't think they need your business. If you can afford to have your car sit for days on their lot, and don’t care when you get it back, the repair work is sufficient. The extra days on the rental car would more than cover a higher priced labor rate for better service. Good luck.
