        Overall

        Polite and agreeable staff even if dismissive of the underlying problem, a questionable optician and prescription. Three different lenses and two eye exam/prescriptions later and they still didn't get it right. The first exam and glasses at SVS ended up perfect, and completely different than what these guys prescribed.

        The one plus is they gave prompt refund of money.
