        water services were hooked up and covered up . the problem was they leaked ! I saw this done. the apartment will have problems. sub standard work . also he doesnt pay his help. he has the fed wage and hr on his case. and soon other state and fed offices will be shutting him down. BAD CONTRACTOR.
