Castle Windows

The windows are fantastic. The installers worked nonstop for 8 hours, replacing 13 windows. They were neat and efficient. They made sure to clean up when they finished and reinstalled the blinds and window shades.

We just had our 13 windows installed by Castle Windows. LOVE THEM! What a difference already in the temperature in the house, and even the noise. They look beautiful. The installers Gregory, Charlie & Slav were great! They installed all windows in 1day. They were very prompt and professional; and very respectful of our home. What a great value. i have had my Castle windows through this past winter and now the hot days in June. They have stopped the drafts and have made it easier to heat/cool the house. The sales person was very informative and the installation crew was fantastic. All 8 windows were done in one day and they cleaned up everything. I am very happy with these windows and would definitely recommend Castle Windows.

The installers were respectful and the slider windows look great; however, the skill needed to install the white trim, window sill, and caulking can best be described as questionable. The installers arrived at 11.00am and worked until well after 8.30 pm to finish the install. It wasn't until the following morning that you could see the finished result in natural light. Disappointed in the final product.

I live in a condo that was built in 1975, so the installers had quite a job getting the old windows out and making the new ones fit in a building that has seen some major settling over the years. They persisted, and it took more than one visit, but I'm so happy with my new windows and balcony door. I no longer hear the wind whipping through my 5th floor apt! The noise reduction has also been great. I am in a flight path for teterboro airport, so there are constantly planes flying overhead...I hardly notice them anymore. Best investment I ever made!

Everyone with whom I have had contact at Castle Windows has been AWESOME - especially Scott (the manufacturer rep who has been VERY patient in addressing all my questions and concerns, has been very informative, and EXTREMELY kind, caring, and supportive) and Robert (the general manager who has also been EXTREMELY kind and supportive and definitely wants the customers to be happy and satisfied! I have a HUGE home renovation project, and I chose Castle Windows to install our windows, doors and siding! So far, the windows and have been installed and they look FABULOUS! The installers were able to remove 28 windows and 8 doors and install 22 windows and 6 doors in only one day! They were quick, efficient, respectful and just simply AMAZING! My neighbors and I were in awe at how they worked together to get the job done right and how GREAT everything looks! Hands down the BEST! From the moment we got in contact with them it was a good feeling. They listened to our needs, showed us a wide selection of products and in the wnd helped us find exactly what we needs. Came in for windows and stayed for the doors! The sales team are surprisingly friendly and they followed up very quickly after to make sure we were satisfied. The salesman lied about their products and while they tried to make it right the fact is they still wanted me to pay the same price for subpar products and services. Then when I threatened with a bad review the manager Victor threatened that he would post my personal information on the web. He also went as far as to say he could find out a lot about a person and their family and home online as if to imply he could find out about me. I'm honestly scared for myself and my children. How can someone do something so nasty to a mother of small children because they are not happy with a product? Now I have to be afraid in my own home. This company should not be allowed to do business like this.

After getting practically robbed by a construction company on a previous job, i decided to go with someone who has been around a long time. There is a big difference between the drafty windows i had installed previously and what i have now!

The door i got through them is beautiful, I had a small problem a few months after installation but they had someone out to fix it very quickly.

Castle did a pretty good job start to finish.

After meeting with what seemed like 10 different companies, we chose castle because their budget plan worked best with us. I've had my windows in for a little over a year now and i have no complaints.
