My mother and sister had the worst experience picking up a repossessed (for being ONLY a week late) and three "professional" women bullied, intimidated, and ridiculed. The reason this started was because my mom was telling my sister that the last car they had towed ended up braking (reverse), which was nowhere near where the "ladies" but......these HORRIBLE RUDE "women" started going crazy on my mom and saying my mom was disrespecting them, even though she wasn't at all. All the "women" ganged up on her and making fun of her because she wanted to inspect the car that was towed until my mom and sis went outside crying.



GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.....THEY ALL DESERVED TO BE FIRED!!!



Imagine if these "WOMEN" (not sorry about the quotes) worked at Wal-Mart and did this to a mother and daughter. All they wanted was to inspect a TV, only because they had a bad experience with the last TV Wal-Mart sold them and these "INCREDIBLY FRIENDLY" "WOMEN" went psychotic on them.



If you read this please know what you are getting into. Its three heavy set "women" they encountered and if its all 3 of them there dont smile, laugh, or talk about anything going on in your personal life and especially not about how your car was towed. If you do be prepared BECAUSE IF MY MOM AND SISTER DIDN'T WALK OUT OF THAT BUILDING THEN SOMEONE/PEOPLE WERE GOING TO JAIL!!! IT WAS THAT INTENSE
