Horrible! Don't go and if you do they probably won't be there because their hours don't match what's advertised on their door!



Prescription bad, manners bad, had to keep going back because my vision was never right... don't waste your time!

I had a great experience with Dr. Emmett's office. He helped me find contacts that fit my eye better than any I had worn in the last 12 years. I didn't have to wait weeks to get an appointment and my appointment went very smoothly.

Super friendly people and they had me in and out of there in no time! Loved my first visit. I will definitely be going back.

I took my daughter here about three weeks ago for an exam and to get glasses..BIG MISTAKE!! she is 12 wears a size 6 and under 50#s so she's TINY... she tried on a few pairs of glasses and came across a pair she really liked WAY TO BIG ALL THE WAY AROUND... the nurse w freckles and short hair didn't tell her they didnt have in her size or say they are to big nothing just stood there like an idiot...we went to pick them up Monday and another nurse kept bending the ear pieces to fit my daughters face...if she bends anymore they will wrap around her ears..and she said these are to big for her YOU THINK.. I'm 36 and chuncky and they were loose on me..we went back in today to complain and the Dr bent them some more "she will grow into them" and the nurse who agreed and ordered them was rude and her comment upset me "what was I suppose to do tell her no they are to big when she wanted them no" and " we only have a select few that's covered by Medicaid" I don't care you didnt even give is the option of looking at others or paying the difference.... the rack right next to the medicaid ones are only 15dollars up and she found a pair there she likes and they fit with the help of the blonde lady Monday.....really yes that's your darn jobs...I asked for her precription and walked out "I will take her some place who knows what they are doing" and slammed the door...they lost a patient all over the dumb nurse who's more worried about selling a product and not caring of they fit..so its now our responsibility to buy new frames and lenses out of pocket cause of these womans stupidity.... if they do what is right and replaces these glasses at no charge to us I might consider staying a patient but doubt it...its only right they fix their screw up not us
