ALL I KNOW IS THEY WILL UP SELL YOU A BIKE IN A SECOND MASTER CLASS STYLE. NO LICENSE NO PROBLEM. WITH A LICENSE OR WITH OUT LICENSE WE WANT YOU ON A BIKE THE SALESMEN TOLD ME. SO SELLING BIKES YEAH THERE GOOD AT THAT! Oh and if you take the rider class there don't worry about taking that dum E CLASS online when you get there they will let you take class any way. You can take E CLASS LATER IF YOU GET MY Drift. I'm saying this because that's what the instructor to the other 2 Harley guys siting next to me. Yeah he broke rules for them of course. Im sure it's because they said they were planing to buy Harleys as soon as they passed the class. Oh One very important thing to note tho! Don't be late to by 10 mins to class A specially if you don't look the part you know right "like a Harley guy!! " Oh and don't bother following the rules like instructor said to do. like text him if u had and issue because he's going to claim he didn't get text any way. Such a foul bunch of employees working there oh the manger will reschedule you a class for next year lol if you want too wait that long, it's a scam such a money grab from barbs it's very disheartening. Also the driving class take place in the back of the building right off the street Im sure someone ether has or will get in to a real bad accident there soon. I Guess that's why they cover there backs by making you Sign so many wavers. The instructor had it in for me from the very beginning when I told him the reason why I wanted my motor bike license was to be able to get in and out of the city fast after work. He later called me a bike owner not a bike rider. He made it his business to say that statement Several times. Here's a FYI to barbs not everyone who's retired wants to buy a Harley young people do too. I'm 40k walking out your door for mistreatment. You guys made me feel uncomfortable from the start of the class. Do you your homework people before you spend your hard earned money with this business!

I've posted on a few boards now about Barb's but can't say it enough. I’m not sure what has happened with Barb’s over the years but if you want to buy a bike don’t waste your time here. Barb’s assumes the bikes sell themselves and don’t do a single thing to try and make a deal or move a bike. Just recently went there twice in the past month looking at two different bikes, 1 new and 1 used. I understand the new bikes are in high demand, but the salesman didn’t even try and run numbers or ask me questions or anything. I felt like I was doing all the work to even talk about the bike. 2nd time I went I was looking a used 2010 bike with 19,000 miles on it. It had a lot of work done to the motor but other than that nothing else. They were asking MSRP of what it would of been in 2010 which is crazy high. Not a problem, figured they would definitely move on it since the guy most likely traded it in for around 13,500. They wouldn’t even consider budging on the bike and basically told me they don’t need to move on the bikes because they will all sell in the spring anyway. I’ve never heard of any company that wants to hold inventory, inventory cost money but ok suit yourself. I even told the guy, hey well let’s run some numbers see if we can get a decent monthly payment down etc... nothing. Didn’t even want to bother with me. To top that off, 2 months ago I brought my friend in there to look at a harley, coming from a 2011 Stryker. The salesman asked him what bike he has and then proceeded to tell him it’s junk and should have a harley. Then my buddy asked if they had any incentives and he said the incentive is that it’s a harley. Guess what, he bought a new Victory the next day. I bought a new bike from a woman there in 2012 who was a great and did everything she could to get me on that bike but she is no longer there. I recently went to Rommels Harley and they sat me down within 10mins of me being there to run some numbers. I don’t know what’s going on, but Barb’s needs to get over themselves. Sorry, I had to rant because they are making me not want my harley. Go somewhere else where they actually seem to care about customers.
