KEEP AWAY.....you have been warned . Cathleen A [a Realtor] attached to this office has very bad communication skills, is highly unprofessional, uncaring and an ineffective listener. She appointed a house viewing at my property then didn't turn up...said she called and spoke to Cheryl and cancelled but my realtor never heard anything from her. [Neither myself nor my realtor have any idea who Cheryl is!!!]

Upon speaking to Cathleen A she seemed totally unconcerned that I had spent half the day getting the house ready for viewing. Someone needs to tell Cathleen A to stop wasting sellers time...previous reviews seem to be accurate...unprofessional, uncaring, rude, bad customer service....it seems that their realtor services are as bad as their property management!

Great process, nice folks, and efficient timing. My rental was great and if I am ever needing another I will surely call them first!

They have great rentals! The service is excellent. Repairs were done in a timely matter, and convenient ways to make your payments.

This realty company will rip you off as a potential tenant! They are scammers! BEWARE!! They do not communicate well at all and will tell you anything to collect an application fee just to keep it and deny you without ever running any type of your info.

As a potential renter & brief customer I can't believe that this operation can survive with such absolutely horrid customer service - especially the owner's. Totally unbelievable!

Terrible Property Management company. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever seen. They are contracted to managed our property and have bypassed contractual requirements in the property management agreement, and will not accept our phone calls, respond to our phone messages, emails, so we've had no choice but to send them certified letters via US mail, which they have ignored too. We live 2000 miles away from the property, so now I have to purchase an airline ticket for $500, fly to Florida and hope I can catch them in their office. Very sad and the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. I strongly urge you to find another property company so you don't get burned. They absolutely don't care.
