Sam's Locksmith & Security

I only gave this company 1 star because I had to in order to write the review.I did not receive service from this company. I called due to my keys being locked in my car and they said they would send someone out. 45 minutes later I called to see where they were and how long it would be because I had two toddlers waiting with me. I asked in a nice way and the woman rudely interrupted "they are on their way" without asking who I was. I asked her if she knew who I was and she said "hold please" then disconnected me. I then called back 9 different times with her disconnecting me. Twice I asked for a manager and she disguised her voice pretending to be a manager and disconnected me again. Several times she did not even answer but sent me straight to hold then disconnected me. Never in my life have I ever had anyone behave to me so rudely. I would never ever use this company. Btw they never showed up to unlock my car......
