        The Juvenile Division of the Macomb County Circuit Court has jurisdiction in cases involving youths under the age of 17. It works to administer several programs for at-risk youths. The division is also responsible for presiding over adoption requests. The Juvenile Division of the Macomb County Circuit Court s field services unit is responsible for monitoring juveniles whose cases have been taken under advisement and placed on standard probation. The division s Juvenile Drug Court Program includes judicial supervision, substance abuse treatment, and drug and alcohol testing services. It also works to administer the Juvenile Sex Offense Response and Prevention program. The Juvenile Division of the Macomb County Circuit Court is governed by Macomb County in Michigan.
