I moved to Mount Carmel a few months ago which was a disaster in and of itself. I have previously shopped at other Puffs tobacco stores in the past with no issues. Every time I go into this location the employees are always too busy talking with the customers. They carry the transaction on another 4 to five minutes while other people are in line. I remember one morning a customer was sitting on a chair which was pulled up in front of the sales counter and talking to the employee with a dog on her lap. They are never on time when opening as compared to the posted opening time. The one employee was in the back one time when I went in. I was standing at the counter for about 5 minutes. Upon coming from the back, she proceeded to take her time at pour herself a coffee before waiting on me. Another time I was in line when an older woman was shopping in the store. I was supposed to be waited on next. The older woman put about fifty dollars worth of merchandise on the counter and the employee rang her up before me, all along chatting with her about things that were not even related to the purchase. I am younger than all these people but realize, through my many years of managing a sales territory, what good customer service is. I know for sure that it is NOT the service I receive in this store.
