First and foremost, I respect ...

First and foremost, I respect that a customer should always get things in writing but if these companies don't start treating their customers right, their going to go bankrupt. I was promised January 28, 2011 that Cars and Trucks would fix my driver's side window to a 05 chevy cavalier and I have gotten the run around for over 3 months about the window. So finally, I go to Karen the Queen B of Cars and Trucks on Jonesboro Rd. and she states that there is NOTHING they can do. As a customer, I get it but that is bad business. Why would you allow a customer to ask and ask and ask for what was promised and then once you grow tired of her asking, 3 months later tell her Nothing can be done? I even tried to meet her half way and ask that they at least get the window up because it is stuck in the down position and that is a safety hazard to my kids and I and she basically put me out of her office and told me to go and get my own window fixed. So, I did just that. I walked across the driveway to the main office and low and behold Jamal stopped me and told me that he would fix my window. Who comes running like a hen out of hell? Karen. She came running across the driveway and threatened me and told me that Cars and Trucks would not fix my window and to get off of her property. Then she went on to say that if my Car Note is one day late, she will repo my car. Cars and Trucks have been accepting a Car Note from me every month as a result of my disabled son's SSI check and she knows that it doesn't come until the very end of the month, but no later than the 1st of the month, and yet my Car Note is due on the 28th of every month. Why would you threaten to take a vehicle from under a disabled child because you don't want to fix a motor on a car window and when the Car Note has nothing to do with it and has never been late? Bad Business is written all over this. And to think the owner is just sitting back allowing this lady to let his business self destruct over nonsense.

Yamaha gone bad

I bought this motor cycle about two months ago and tried to ride it home but it only made it half way. When I told the guy about it he told me to get it to a shop while I was stranded over 1000 miles from home. He said he would help me out if I got a hotel. I got a hotel but did not have the money for it so I put it on a credit card, he did not pay. I took it to

Overall
bad virago

I purchased this bike over a month ago and immediately left a positive but then the bike died. When I told the guy about it he told me to get it to a shop while I was stranded over 1000 miles from home. He said he would help me out if I got a hotel. I got a hotel but did not have the money for it so I put it on a credit card, he did not pay. I took it to a shop who could not get to it for over two weeks so I begged and finally got the service manager to take a quick look. after he got it started he told me the motor had a bad knock and that the voltage regulator was bad. this is a 93 with only 3500 miles on it.

How can a bike be fifteen years old with so few miles on it unless it had a problem right. The shop manager said these bikes almost always have this problem with the charging system, it will go a few hundred miles with a good battery but then it will die. The seller did not disclose the problem nor did he mention the knock in the motor. The Manager of the bike shop said the charging part was $200 and labor was about $180. The knock in the motor would most certainly be a stuck lifter (from sitting for a long time) and would be around $1000 to fix. The seller told me that he would just buy the bike back from me for $400.00 less than I paid in cash. It cost me about $800 to retrieve the bike because I had to drive up from Florida with a truck and haul the bike back 300 miles. Then I had to fly back down later to get the bike and ride it home to Iowa. and now I have had to get a hotel. that would put me $1200 in the hole and then I would still not have a ride home!!! I told him that and he said it was not his responsibility to cover my transportation. I bought a charger and charged the battery over night made a home made solar power charger and put it on the back of the bike so it would pick up the sun and car head lights at night.and turned off the head light to conserve power. I made it the rest of the way home in 22 hours on the charge before it died. I called the seller who now would not pick up or return my phone calls. after a week I called and caught him off guard and he answered but then told me it was not his responsibility so there was nothing he could do. I called him a week later because it was over a month and my temp tag ran out and I still do not have a title ( even still). He said it was in the mail. I waited another week, no title. I called again, no answer. finally I filed a dispute with I still have not the title or any compensation and I am losing my patience. I have gone above and beyond the respectable way and Now I need a solution. my next step will be filing interstate fraud charges with the FTC and FBI
