Thief, if i could give negative stars i would. They take a deposit and never show . or answer your calls

We hired Bob and his painter Michelle to Paint our newly renovated home. Bob told us that they were extremely experienced painters who would had hundreds of houses in the past. We put a deposit down for them to start on the painting and then all the headaches started. Michelle showed up to our house twice and refused to paint because it was not clean enough. We told her that we felt the house was ready to paint and that we wanted her to start. She refused and left twice. Then Bob asked us for money for the two times that she came out there. Following this Michelle proceeded to start painting and ran into an issue where the paint started peeling off the wall. Her and bob said that they had not run into a problem like this in all over 30 years. It turned out to be that she did not put primer on the wall. I have painted myself many times before and usually when this happens all you do is put a light coat of paint or primer and this fixes the problem. I don't understand how a experienced painter would not know this. Following this bob wanted more money for "their wasted time". I explained to him that as an experienced painter they should have known how fix a simple primer issue. I wanted to move past this and have our house painted and was willing just to buy the primer but he refused to paint until they got more money from us. After a few minutes he started yelling at us and just left without doing any of the work. They painted a few ceilings and that is all. When I asked for my money back he yelled I will see you in court. Looking back it all makes a lot of sense. Their plan likely was never to paint but just get more money from us. These people are thieves and con-artists. No one should ever use them for anything. I think they are changing the name of the company, likely because they have other complaints against them.

Do not use this company. I had to take them to court and easily won a judgement against them without a lawyer. They cut corners, lie to you about their progress, and blame other people, including their customer for their lack of honoring their commitments. I actually built in an extra week for them to finish painting our whole existing home. I even suggested that they start in certain areas of the house to ensure they would finish on time. Bob is a liar, cheat, and dishonest person. STAY FAR AWAY. He still has not paid the court judgement. Hope he either grows a conscious and does the right thing or I hope Karma catches up with him. I called him one day to find out about the progress on our home. I asked him how his day was going. He said terrible. "I have been dealing with police and lawyers all day". I should have realized it then.

Do yourself a favor. There are plenty of painters available. Avoid this one. If I could have given a zero rating or less, I would have.

The owner had claimed to do a lot of painting business with large number of crews but it all turned out to be a big lie. Also he said would give a great price on flooring if done along with the paint work and we fell for it... he took a huge advance to order the flooring material and it turned out later that he never placed it and spent the money somewhere.



The paint and flooring work was sub-contracted to folks who were not paid (by the owner) so they left it mid-way. I paid a total of $16,000 but all the work done was only for approx. $ 6000. Moreover for several weeks our family (including a young child) had to live in a house with no flooring, protruding nails etc. (old carpet / flooring was damaged by the painters) and then find a different contractor. The paint work that was done was also of extremely poor quality due to the dispute between the owner and the sub-contractor. Believe me it was the worst period of my life...



As if it was all pre-planned, the owner disappeared three times during the course of the contract and was completely un-reachable. Finally after a lot of pushing he has said in writing that he will return the balance but each time there is a new excuse. Still waiting for approx. $10,000 he owes me.



I have heard about several other customers in the same situation some of whom have taken him to court.



As said before PLEASE stay away - donot fall for the low price gimmicks or the polite / unassuming, gentleman like behavior. It is all a facade.

The worst company that I have ever hired. They were supposed to paint the exterior of my house and did a horrible job. Sloppy, missed spots, unprofessional. I would not recommend them to anybody. This company employs people that have no skills at all. My 2 year old can grab a brush and call himself a painter. That's the type of product that they give you. Further, they claim to have a "touch up" policy. I still can't get these idiots to come back and finish the job they were paid to do.
