Triangle Collision

I have never had an easier or more pleasant car repair experience. The process was easy from start to finish. I met with someone who gave me an estimate, brought my vehicle in on the scheduled day for repair, and it was ready to pick up the next day, earlier than promised and looking better than new. Everyone there is friendly and helpful. They work with the Enterprise Rent-A-Car close to their location, so Enterprise picked me up and when I went back to get my vehicle I was able to leave the rental there, pay my deductible, and go. Thank you so much - you have earned a new loyal customer! I could not be happier!

I want to start by saying how amazing Triangle Collision Center was for me. Let's start by telling my story. So, I had a car accident, which dented badly my car's driver door, and a little bit to the rear door at the same side. I was upset, then I googled and found this center. So, first I called to set an appointment. April, customer service, she is awesome, courteous and knowledgeable. She set an appointment with the manager, TJ, which he was a really a professional guy.
When I met him, he welcomed me, then he checked the car, and in like 15 minutes he estimated everything. He, then set an appointment to drop my car and advised me with Enterprise, because it's the nearest office to the center location. He also took care of the insurance company, StateFarm, which also were awesome.
I dropped my car at the center and my car took 5 days, exactly how he promised. And the surprise was when I came to pick up my car today.... woooow
It's like brand new, I couldn't believe my eyes. They even cleaned the car very nicely.
I'm very happy and satisfied customer. If you ask me, would I absolutely recommend this center, my answer would be:
Definitely yes, and I can summarize my reasons:
1- Customer Service: April, she's awesome. Always reply the phone whenever you call.
2- TJ, the manager, is professional, fast and efficient.
3- All their staff are welcoming, courteous and professional.
4- Their team are very expert and from their amazing job, you can tell they love their job.
5- Their work is very perfect.
6- Their prices are good deal for their amazing work they accomplish.

I went online and uploaded some pictures of my dodge neon for a estimate and was emailed "I think it might be a total loss". I mentioned in my request that I would be paying for the repairs and NOT my insurance so the fact that I didn't even receive an estimate is ridiculous. I wouldn't go to this place if your car is considered old like my 2003.

I had an absolutely great experience at Triangle Collision. This is the most friendly and well managed body shop I've ever seen and the employees there take proud of what they do. Brent took great care of me and my car very well. I walked away with my car can't be happier. Thanks Brent and Triangle Collision! I highly recommend this place!!!

The great thing about going to Triangle Collision Center is that the team performs both excellent and affordable work.

What's really great about Triangle Collision is they kept me updated everyday through text with what stage in the process my car was in, from body repair to paint to finish, it was very reassuring. I would highly recommend these guys.
