He helped me find a vehicle within my price range...and was the most courteous..extremely helpful and very understanding... it wasn't about selling me a car..as much as it was about selling me a car that was right for me!! Kunes allowed him to pick me up because I didn't have a way to get to the dealership... they went the extra mile for me ..they truly care and made my experience with them a great one!! Tony in the Service Dept very understanding about a couple issues ... his team fixed them.. and was a pleasure working with him!! I'd recommend Kunes to anyone looking for a vehicle.. very professional.. courteous..friendly and explained all the steps for me to proceed with the purchase..answered all my questions and made it simple with no hassle... they even brought the car to me!!! I came in with low hopes on getting a trade. Bad credit. Financial issues. Chris helped getting all the info and helped me pick a car. Mike got me a great loan on a great car. Low intrest rate and almost no down payment. How he did that i have no idea. Josh he wrapped it all up and finished all the paperwork and talked about all the bell whistles. Chris even took the time to show me how to use all the new fancy features my new car has. Was a great experience here.
