Went to buy 3 small windows and was given a price double that from the price they gave me a few weeks ago (was $50 now $99 for the same window). Nonetheless I asked them to hold three small windows for me until Friday and gave the $100. I told her I was going to measure the space to see if they fit. The woman did not mention that if the windows were the wrong size I couldn't get my money back - but that is exactly what happened. Instead, she offered me "store credit". I told here there was nothing I needed from the store that costs $100.oo and said she should have told me that policy. She said it was written on a sig on the wall. I was going to buy my cabinets, sink and countertop there - and possibly a shower - which totaled over $1,500 - but instead - since they were greedy and kept my measly $100, I'll spend that money someplace else. I sold my "store credit" to a friend for $75.00 and the use of his saw for 3 months.

I ordered a door and was told the price, which the lady taking the order (very unfriendly) wrote the price on order sheet. I was going to pay but was told to pay when picking up door. My husband went to pick up door 2 days later and was told a completely different price----200.00 more than told earlier... our friend had bought the door earlier in the month and was charged the price I was quoted. The lady at front desk was very rude and obnoxious to my husband. He called me at home to make sure the price. she finally looked up the order sheet and saw the price I was told and very rudely told my husband she would charge him the price quoted to me..... HER MISTAKE BUT STILL VERY UNPROFESSIONAL ACTING....WON'T BUY FROM AGAIN UNTIL THEY GET RID OF HER.
