        Absolutely the most unprofessional place I've been to. Was trying to find a place for a massage quickly due to a painful muscle and when making the call I was at a restaurant and was put on hold and tried to order quickly when the "receptionist" heard this the phone went dead. Thought I hung up on him and called back and I told him I think I hung up on you and his response was um no I hung up on you, I dont have time to listen to ur drive thru order. I get it was rude for me to take 5 sec after u got back on the phone after being on his 20 sec hold but you DONT EVER hang up on a customer. When I got to school I complained to the manager and she stated they are instructed by the owner of the school that you don't need to wait on anyone. What kind of example and what are they teaching these students to not respect the customer? I'm pretty sure we will be the ones paying their salaries in the future. Sad that they have this sort of work ethic going into the working world, very sad. That was my first and LAST time I ever experience that place. At least my masseuse was kind and professional, I hope the best for him.

        MBC open late!

        If you didn't already know Morgantown Beauty College is open until 8pm on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday! So call in and book an appointment with one us seniors so not only can we give you an amazing new look for fall but, help us get in our hours so we can graduate! Help us help you :) hope to see you soon!

        Did you know Tuesday-Thursdays we are open until 8pm?! Well we are and waiting for all of your lovely faces to come see us! We offer an arrange of services just call and book an appointment. We are really needing people to come in from 6-8pm to help our seniors graduate!!

        I love this place they do a re...

        I love this place they do a really good job, saturday was my first time going in there and they were really nice and polite nad did a very good job and they took there time they didnt go fast and try to be inj a hurry I know where i will be going next time i need my hairt done or a mani and a pedi..

        I would recommend going to a professional. The beauty school is good for their good prices but that is about it. I have gotten both a hair cut and a manicure and both have been awful. My hair was butchered to the point it took me several months and several trims to grow out completely and my acrylic nails were hideous. They were not fitted right, were too thick, and broke off the same day. When I went in to get them fixed I had to pay for it. While the student was doing my nails other students were coming up and talking to her which was completely annoying. Not to mention, while they are supervised by teachers, the teachers only come by after they are done. Never going back unless it is for a massage.

        I have received several great haircuts here. The students are well-supervised and you are not finished until their work has been approved. I have also received manicures, pedicures and facials and I have been just as satisfied as I was at salons costing three times as much. I highly recommend MBC!!!
