Terrible, unethical service - Took my vehicle here to get a state inspection. At first when I came in w my registration & insurance I was told that my registration was dead and they could not do the inspection when in fact my registration is good through 03/2017 w a 2017 sticker on my plate! A different gentleman came out and said I apologize I don't know what he's talking about your registration is good through 2017 it's not problem to inspect your vehicle. The same first gentleman failed it due to both front ball joints, quoted me $500-600 for repair and said they were so bad that my vehicle should not be driven. I took my vehicle to a second facility to get a quote for the ball joints and was told there is nothing wrong with them and no reason why my vehicle wouldn't pass a WV state inspection. Needless to say I was thankful the only money they got from me was the $12 it cost to put a rejected sticker on my vehicle. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS FACILITY FOR SERVICE ON YOUR VEHICLE!!

Great place to go and the entire staff is honorable and personable. If there is any problem with their work, they will go out of their way to make it right. This is a family owned service station and not some corporate rip off market. If you are looking for a reliable mechanic that you can trust, this is definitely the place.

Rude and dishonest are the nicest ways I can describe this "business." Save yourself frustration and money. Go elsewhere.
