Hand & Upper Extremity Rehabilitation

This place is a joke! I have had nothing but trouble with them from the start. They are unprofessional (some people may like that, but I don't have time for it). They have sent duplicate bills (thank goodness I keep track of my payments!) and they claimed that I was delinquent on payments even though I have record that they cashed them.



Furthermore, there is NO patient confidentiality. They work on multiple people at one time at a single table. I witnessed discussion about other patients, extreme views on politics, and inappropriate discussions of others personal relationships (these conversations were led by the therapist!).



I know some people like it here, but it sure is not for me. I wanted to give a zero star rating, but the website forced me to choose at least one.
