        Ulta is an amazing experience! There stylist Heather was very knowledgeable about hair and I felt listened too. I was greeted by several associates and the manager Lisa gave me 1 on 1 time and color matched me perfect! I would definitely recommend going there I truly enjoyed my experience. The deals are incredibly almost everything buy 1 get 1 free

        I have been to this store twice. This time was worse than the last. Obnoxious customer, rude stylist, the item I wanted wasn't stocked, no sales clerk to ask. Had to stand in line with only 3 customers in store while staff and rude customer visited. Not going back!

        Thee worst ulta!

        This ulta had the worst management and associates working. I saw countless costumers come in and need help finding there shade of make-up and none of the workers help but towards the end after they saw her try on countless shades. The make-up testers where a mess and not clean. The manger was rude and this store is in defiant need of new management and workers. I would not recommend coming and shopping at this ulta in North Carolina find a different beauty destination and ulta to shop at!
