        I went to the one in morehead got 2 sonic blast asked for snicker with carmel 12dollars get home no carmel peanutbutter no peanutbutter in a snicker couldn't finish what a waste

        I WON'T BE VISITING THIS SONIC EVER AGAIN! Or ordering a cup of water again!



        I ordered two Chicago dogs and two cups of ice water. They charge $0.70 per cup of ice water. That's fine! I wasn't complaining too much about that. I poured some of the water in my 3 year old sippy cup and when the waitress came back to the car I asked if I could get a quick re-fill on my water before we leave. She said we don't do re-fills. I said " for water?" She said "Yes" and walked away instantly. I sat there dumb founded! First I had to pay for water that almost all fast food places don't charge for, then I couldn't even get a re-fill on water! Obviously the Sonic manager team hasn't training their employees in the art of customer service and to think like the customer.
