We inquired at Morehead Builders Supply this am concerning our Coastal Sliding Doors and were referred to Mitchell who promptly came over to our unit jn Pine Knoll Shores to remove a screen and evaluate our sliders. Mitchell listed several components for replacement and carefully explained methods to care for the sliders after the heavy rainfalls. The quick, response was greatly appreciated

This is the worst local builders supply company I have ever dealt with. After two "no shows" from the sales guy that was suppose to meet with us at our home. I contacted the owner of this company who did nothing about the issue. The owner stated he would look into why his salesman did not show and I never received a call back. When I called back the owner he stated that he had asked the salesman to call me. He said he would again call him and tell him to call. All I got was a text from the owner stating it is best not to do business. No explanation nothing to tell us why we were treated the way we were. Unprofessional.
