Grzyboski's Trains

Owner is very rude and trying to get help is like pulling teeth. I guess when you don't have to worry about making money and having multiples of every Lionel product he thinks it his right . It's almost like he is afraid of being out done , simply ridiculous. He has a giagantic warehouse with a little showroom . I wonder how you get to see the primo goods ?

I give them 2 stars not 1 because they did get my item fixed and returned. But when they deliver a defective item, you will have to pay the shipping back to their store. THEY WILL NOT REIMBURSE you for your costs. So buyer beware and hope you don't get a defective item. I will not do business with them again.

I called Joe Grzyboski to inquire about a Lionel item. He was extremely RUDE and clearly did not want to give me the time of day to discuss my item of interest!!! There are a lot of quality Lionel dealers available to the public that strive for customer satisfaction and provide a pleasant shopping experience. Joe Grzyboski is NOT one of these dealers. I don't recommend to anyone to contact him, visit his store, or to patronize his booth at train shows!

We bought a train here and it melded down in my young son's room, filling the house with smoke. Grzyboski would not replace the train and told us that it was our fault. There is no excuse for a commercial product bursting into flames, and it's not the customer's fault when it does.
