Skaff Apartments

TERRIBLE! 0 STARS, would give negative stars if possible. The buildings are decent, but constantly have issues. I had my sink back up without doing anything wrong to it. Had water pouring out of my bathroom ceiling, washer left clothes smelling terrible, and dishwasher got dishes dirtier than they started out, leaving a film on everything. The fire alarms out in the main hallway also went off once a week for some reason. I only lived there for 2 months and all this happened in that period. On top of that they will lie to you about getting your deposit back, telling you that you left it in perfect condition, then once they have your new address will tell you that you OWE them money for no reason. Wouldn't even ecommend to someone I hate, it was that bad. Moorhead location, absolutely terrible.
