Concordia College is a private, coeducational, four-year liberal arts college operated by the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America. The college offers more than 75 majors and 18 honors majors and various preprofessional programs, including dentistry, engineering, law, and general and veterinary medicine. The academic curriculum of the school includes various subjects, such as accounting, art, biology, chemistry, church professions, and communication studies and theater art. It also provides honors programs in various subjects, such as computer science, economics, education, English, environmental studies, French, German, history, mathematics, physics, political science, philosophy, psychology, religion and Spanish women's studies. The preprofessional courses offered by the college include nutrition, health care administration, international business, long-term care, nursing, print journalism, social work, and physical education and health. It offers bachelor s degrees in various disciplines, including arts and music and master s degrees in science. It provides various athletic programs, such as track, hockey, swimming, golf, volleyball and football. Located in Moorhead, Minn., it also provides libraries and various extracurricular activities.
