        We used Concordia Catering for...

        We used Concordia Catering for our wedding reception and could not be any happier. Not only was the food absolutely amazing but the service was as well. The staff dressed and acted very professional and they reassured us that they would make sure everything ran as smooth as possible. We didn't have to worry about a thing and our guests were very pleased. We had a social hour with lefse and chicken kabob appetizers (if you go with chicken kabob apps, order triple because they go FAST!, our guests still to this day talk about wanting more of them) During the social hour, the staff walked around with trays filled with our appetizers so the guests didn't have to get up and find food or stand in line and wait. It was amazing! The main buffet went perfect as well! The cost of everything was very resonable and helped us stay within our budget. Please check them out, I highly doubt you would be anything but satisfied.
